Website Purchase Return Policy

Items may be retuned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, store credit or exchange. Please notify us by email at materialgirlsaccessories@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted on any worn or used items, or without tags attached. Bags, and or bag straps are warrantied for 30 days against manufacturer issues, normal wear and tear is not included. Shipping fees will be your responsibility. Please note: In-store purchases are subject to a different return policy.
